GS Gas®
Quality program for the trading of bulk and bottled LPG.
GS Gas has developed and implemented a Quality Management System. As part of this, it has received an ISO 9001: 2015 certificate for the trading of bulk and bottled LPG.
The implementation of this system and the adoption of the procedures, actions, and activities described in detail in the company’s Quality Assurance Manual support the overall effort for further upgrading the planning, organization, control, and safety systems it follows, responding to the ever-increasing market demands for improving the quality of offered products and services.
The responsible Quality Coordinator ensures the observance and implementation of the Work Instructions and Procedures of the Company’s Quality Management Manual. He also recommends the need for issuing/modifying/revising existing instructions, with the ultimate goal of quality, in the broadest sense, in all phases of processes within the Company.
The Quality Coordinator always collaborates with the General Management and the individual Directors to resolve problems, define responsibilities and accountabilities among those involved, and issue new instructions.
It is a prerequisite for practicing the profession of a driver of vehicles transporting dangerous goods. The possession of the Certificate of Professional Competence for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods is stipulated in the annex to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), which was ratified by Law. 1741/87.
ADR: It is the acronym (Accord european relatif au transport international des merchandises Dangereuses par Route) of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road, which was signed in Geneva in 1957.

- Valid ADR certification for bulk LPG transport vehicles
The company employs a Certified Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) from the National Technical University of Athens.
