LPG is an “old” fuel that revived during the crisis. The increase in LPG consumption (67.8% in the period 2010-2016) in Greece is largely due to the rise in autogas use. The inability of consumers to change vehicles due to reduced purchasing power led to their conversion for propulsion with the significantly more economical LPG.
The savings rate demonstrably exceeds 30%. Also, in recent years, the “myth” that engines are damaged by the use of LPG was debunked, resulting in an exponential increase in conversions in our country.
In Greece, recent years have seen a rapid increase in car conversions and the establishment of autogas stations. Currently in Greece, there are more than 1,000 (2017 Data) autogas stations, which are continuously increasing, making LPG (LPG) widely available.
LPG delivery to stations is always carried out under strict safety regulations. During tank filling, all relevant safety regulations are observed. The regular maintenance program for tankers, combined with specialized personnel, positions GS Gas as a leader in serving professionals.

It is a necessary prerequisite for practicing the profession of a driver of vehicles transporting dangerous goods. The possession of the Certificate of Professional Training for Drivers of Vehicles Transporting Dangerous Goods is stipulated in the annex to the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR), which was ratified by Law. 1741/87.
